શું તમે PGVCL, DGVCL, MGVCL અને UGVCL માં નવું ખેતીવાડીનું કનેક્શન લેવા માંગો છો અને 7-12 માં એક કરતા વધુ ભાગીદારોના નામ છે તો તેમાં જેના નામે કનેક્શન લેવાનું છે તેના શિવાય જેટલા પણ ભાગીદારોના નામ હોય તેની રૂ. 300 ના સ્ટેમ્પ પેપર ઉપર સંમતીની જરૂર પડતી જેની હવે GUVNL ના નવા સર્કુલર પ્રમાણે જરૂર નહી પડે.

હવે ગ્રાહકે જેના નામે કનેક્શન લેવું છે તેને રૂ. 300 નાં સ્ટેમ્પ પેપર ઉપર સેલ્ફ ડિકલેરેશન આપવાનું રહેશે જેનું ફોર્મ નીચે આપેલ છે અને કઈ રીતે ફોર્મ ભરવું તેના માટે ભરેલ ફોર્મ પણ નીચે આપેલ છે.
